All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees may apply depending on timing. Any refunds will be processed according to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Use of the Photobooth

Guests must use our photobooths responsibly and follow any instructions from Falling Star staff. Damage to the photobooth or its components caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.

5. Content Usage

By participating in our photobooth services, you grant Falling Star Photo Booth the right to use any photos or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes, unless a separate agreement is made in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Falling Star Photo Booth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Falling Star Photo Booth, Fleur De Lune LLC, and their affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services.
